ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 8, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 144

SB144-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB144-AA8,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete ", granting rule-making authority".

SB144-AA8,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:

SB144-AA8,1,4 " Section 1p. 101.123 (1) (hm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB144-AA8,1,7 101.123 (1) (hm) "State capitol grounds" means the area surrounding the state capitol building on the capitol park side of the 4 streets surrounding the state capitol park.".

SB144-AA8,1,9 3. Page 2, line 8: delete "in the immediate vicinity of the state capitol" and substitute "on the state capitol grounds".

SB144-AA8,1,11 4. Page 2, line 12: delete " in the immediate vicinity of the state capitol" and substitute "on the state capitol grounds".

SB144-AA8,2,2 5. Page 4, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 2.
