(2) (ar) 1. Notwithstanding par. (a) and sub. (3) and except as provided

7vicinity of the state capitol.

9senator or state representative to the assembly, as long as all individuals who smoke
10in the office space do so in a respectful manner and address one another as "Mr.,"
