SB277-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB277-SA2,1,3 1. Page 9, line 11: after "care" insert ", the referral to a health care provider for emergency physical or mental health treatment".

SB277-SA2,1,6 2. Page 9, line 14: delete that line and substitute "persons confined in a Type 1 prison or a Type 1 secured correctional facility, as defined in s. 938.02 (19), exclusively through employes of the department.".
