SB290-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB290-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 16: delete "hospital or".

SB290-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 20: delete lines 20 and 21.

SB290-AA1,1,4 3. Page 4, line 21: after that line insert:

SB290-AA1,1,7 "(am) Any hospital in which a birth defect is diagnosed in an infant or child or treatment is provided to the infant or child may report the birth defect in the manner prescribed by the department under sub. (3) (a) 3.".

SB290-AA1,1,8 4. Page 4, line 22: delete "1. to 3.".

SB290-AA1,1,9 5. Page 4, line 23: delete "1. to 3." and substitute "or (am)".
