SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 331

SB331-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB331-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute "pass on the cost of constructing or maintaining its cable television system to nonsubscribers.".

SB331-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 12: before that line insert:

SB331-SA1,1,5 " Section 1m. Initial applicability.

SB331-SA1,1,7 (1) This act first applies to municipalities that begin operation of a municipal cable television system on the effective date of this subsection.".
