SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 332

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 7: delete "prepayment" and substitute "and expenses".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 9: delete "prepayment" and substitute "and expenses".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,4 3. Page 1, line 12: delete "an appropriation" and substitute "appropriations".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,6 4. Page 7, line 9: delete "an individual other than the beneficiary as an individual" and substitute "a person other than the beneficiary as a person".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,7 5. Page 7, line 11: delete "individual" and substitute "person".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,8 6. Page 10, line 18: delete "manager" and substitute "vendor".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,1,9 7. Page 10, line 25: after that line insert:

SB332-SSA1-SA1,2,3 " Section 13dg. 20.585 (2) (title) of the statutes, as affected by 1999 Wisconsin Act 9, is amended to read

SB332-SSA1-SA1,2,7 9. Page 11, line 6: on lines 6 and 10, after "expenses" insert "of college tuition and expenses program".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,2,9 " Section 13dp. 20.585 (2) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

SB332-SSA1-SA1,2,12 20.585 (2) (am) Administrative expenses of college savings program. The amounts in the schedule for the administrative expenses of the college savings program under s. 14.64, including the expense of promoting the program.

SB332-SSA1-SA1, s. 13dq Section 13dq. 20.585 (2) (gm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB332-SSA1-SA1,2,17 20.585 (2) (gm) General program operations of college savings program; reimbursement. All moneys received from the vendor of the college savings program under s. 16.25 (3) (a) for general programs operations of the college savings program.".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,3,1 11. Page 11, line 24: delete "prepayment" and substitute "and expenses".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,3,4 12. Page 11, line 25: delete that line and substitute "s. 14.63, and if the claimant has claimed a deduction under subd. 32. or 33. that relates to such an amount.".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,3,5 13. Page 12, line 4: delete "an unqualified" and substitute "a nonqualified".

SB332-SSA1-SA1,3,6 14. Page 13, line 5: delete "prepayment" and substitute "and expenses".
