SB350-SA4,1,2 1. Page 17, line 5: delete lines 5 to 8 and substitute:

SB350-SA4,1,6 "(b) A health benefit plan that is the subject of an independent review and the insurer that issued the health benefit plan shall not be liable for damages to any person attributable to the insurer's or plan's actions taken in compliance with any decision rendered by a certified independent review organization.".
