SB357-SA3,1,4 21. Page 38, line 11: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1999-00 by
3$287,300 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2000-01 by $1,300 to
4decrease funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
