SB390-SA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: substitute "an appropriation" for "appropriations".

SB390-SA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9.

SB390-SA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15.

SB390-SA1,1,8 5. Page 3, line 14: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 15.
