SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 409

SB409-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB409-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "Stoughton" insert "and correcting a reference to the year in which Sheboygan County was created".

SB409-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB409-SA1,1,6 " Section 1. 66.46 (6) (am) 2. c. of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act 9, is amended to read:

SB409-SA1,1,11 66.46 (6) (am) 2. c. Expenditures for project costs for Tax Incremental District Number Six in a city with a population of at least 45,000 that is located in a county that was created in 1853 1836 and that is adjacent to one of the Great Lakes. Such expenditures may be made no later than 13 years after the tax incremental district is created, and may be made through December 31, 2004.".
