SB420-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "fatality and" and substitute "fatality,".

SB420-SA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 7: after "social services" insert "and granting rule-making authority".

SB420-SA1,1,6 3. Page 4, line 10: delete "establish" and substitute "promulgate rules establishing".

SB420-SA1,1,8 4. Page 4, line 16: delete "Those procedures need not be promulgated as rules.".
