SB448-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB448-SA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 4: after "scrap" insert "to a facility for separation of liquid residue, and transporting liquid residue separated from biosolids to a facility for treatment, storage or disposal".

SB448-SA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 19: after "the biosolids" insert "to another facility for the separation of liquid residue from the biosolids, and for the transportation of the liquid residue from the facility that separated the liquid residue from the biosolids to another facility for the treatment, storage or disposal of the liquid residue".

SB448-SA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 2: delete "the transportation of biosolids".

SB448-SA1,1,10 4. Page 3, line 2: delete "on".
