SB479-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB479-SA3,1,2 1. Page 5, line 4: after "quarterly" insert ", except as provided in sub. (6m)".

SB479-SA3,1,3 2. Page 6, line 19: after that line insert:

SB479-SA3,1,8 "(6m) Exemption from reporting requirement. A school district is not required to provide quarterly reports to the department under sub. (2) (i) if the school district does not use pesticides and notifies the department that it does not use pesticides. A school district shall begin to make the quarterly reports if it begins to use pesticides.".
