SB91-SSA1-SA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: after the comma insert "intrastate rates charged by telecommunications carriers,".

SB91-SSA1-SA3,1,4 2. Page 6, line 19: after that line insert:

SB91-SSA1-SA3,1,5 " Section 11m. 196.499 (3) (ap) of the statutes is created to read:

SB91-SSA1-SA3,1,8 196.499 (3) (ap) Notwithstanding par. (am), a telecommunications carrier may not charge an intrastate rate that exceeds its interstate rate for a similar call or service.".
