AB1-ASA1-AA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 126, line 16 : after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA1-AA1,1,6 172e. Page 143, line 13: delete "or municipality".

AB1-ASA1-AA1-AA1,1,10 172f. Page 143, line 13: after "2002" insert "and except that no municipality shall receive a payment in an amount that is less than 69.58% of the amount of the payments specified in par. (a) that the municipality received in 2002, except as provided in par. (cm)".
