AB1-ASA1-AA23,1,2 21. Page 157, line 22: after that line insert:
AB1-ASA1-AA23,1,3 3" Section 274am. 103.135 of the statutes is created to read:
AB1-ASA1-AA23,1,10 4103.135 Disclosure of compensation. (1) An employee may disclose the
5employee's compensation to anyone. An employer may not discharge or discriminate
6against an employee in promotion, compensation, or in terms, conditions, or
7privileges of employment for disclosing the employee's compensation to anyone,
8opposing a practice prohibited under this subsection, filing a complaint or
9attempting to enforce any right under this subsection, or testifying or assisting in
10any action or proceeding to enforce any right under this subsection.
AB1-ASA1-AA23,2,2 11(2) (a) Subject to par. (b), any employee who is discharged or discriminated
12against in violation of sub. (1) may file a complaint with the department, and the

1department shall process the complaint in the same manner that employment
2discrimination complaints are processed under s. 111.39.
AB1-ASA1-AA23,2,73 (b) Any employee of a state agency, as defined in s. 111.32 (6), who is discharged
4or discriminated against in violation of sub. (1) may file a complaint with the
5personnel commission, and the personnel commission shall process the complaint in
6the same manner that employment discrimination complaints are processed under
7s. 111.39.
AB1-ASA1-AA23, s. 274x 8Section 274x. 106.54 (8) of the statutes is created to read:
AB1-ASA1-AA23,2,119 106.54 (8) The division shall receive complaints under s. 103.135 (2) (a) and
10shall process the complaints in the same manner that employment discrimination
11complaints are processed under s. 111.39.".

20who, on the day before the effective date of this subsection, is affected by a collective
21bargaining or other employment agreement that contains provisions inconsistent
22with section 103.135 of the statutes, as created by this act, on the day on which the
23agreement expires or is extended, modified, or renewed, whichever occurs first.".
