AB1-ASA1-AA31,1,2 1. Page 163, line 25: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA31,1,3 " Section 288p. 121.91 (4) (L) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA31,1,7 121.91 (4) (L) The limit otherwise applicable to a school district's revenue under sub. (2m) in any school year is increased by an amount equal to the amount spent by the school district in the previous school year for participation of pupils in statewide tournaments and competitions.".

AB1-ASA1-AA31,1,8 2. Page 436, line 23: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA31,1,10 "(1x) The treatment of section 121.91 (4) (L) of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit for the 2002-03 school year.".
