AB1-ASA1-AA51,1,2 1. Page 153, line 25: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA51,1,3 " Section 257t. 84.04 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA51,2,2 84.04 (4) The department may lease a portion of any wayside adjacent or in close proximity to a state trunk highway for a term not exceeding 5 years for the person to provide food, beverages, or other concessions at the wayside. The lease shall require the lessee to file proof satisfactory to the department that personal injury and property damage insurance in an amount considered sufficient by the department will be in force to cover any claim for bodily injury or property damage that may occur in connection with providing any such services. Any lease shall include a provision permitting the department or its representatives, without any prior notice, to inspect the leased property. The department shall promulgate rules to implement and administer this subsection.".
