AB1-ASA1-AA52,1,5 25.66 (1) (f) Beginning in fiscal year 2002-03, all moneys deposited by the department of revenue under s. 139.455.".

AB1-ASA1-AA52,1,7 " Section 319d. 139.455 of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA52,1,11 139.455 Revenue distribution to the tobacco control fund. Each fiscal year, beginning in fiscal year 2002-03, the department shall deposit the first $25,000,000 of the taxes collected under this subchapter into the tobacco control fund.".
