AB1-ASA1-AA53,1,2 21. Page 182, line 16: after that line insert:
AB1-ASA1-AA53,1,3 3" Section 369f. 253.15 of the statutes is created to read:
AB1-ASA1-AA53,1,9 4253.15 Information relating to adoption of children. The department
5shall prepare and distribute to all school boards that provide instructional programs
6in human growth and development under s. 118.019, for inclusion in the curricula
7for those programs, informational materials describing the procedures governing the
8adoption of children and listing, by geographical region, all public and private
9agencies that provide adoption services.".

AB1-ASA1-AA53,2,3 11"(4d) Preparation and distribution of adoption information. By the first day
12of the 4th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection, the department

1of health and family services shall prepare and distribute the informational
2materials specified in section 253.15 of the statutes, as created by this act, as
3required under that section of the statutes.".

AB1-ASA1-AA53,2,8 5"(2d) Adoption information in curriculum. The treatment of section 253.15
6of the statutes (with respect to the inclusion of the information specified in that
7section of the statutes in the human growth and development curriculum of a school
8board) first applies to curriculum provided in the 2002-03 school year.".
