AB1-ASA1-AA56,1,2 1. Page 48, line 10: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA56,1,3 " Section 150ce. 59.69 (5) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA56,1,7 59.69 (5) (f) The board may not enact or amend a zoning ordinance under this section that affects a slaughterhouse unless the board notifies all landowners whose property is located within a one mile radius of the slaughterhouse, or potential site of a slaughterhouse, of the proposed ordinance or amendment.

AB1-ASA1-AA56, s. 150gi Section 150gi. 60.61 (4) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA56,1,12 60.61 (4) (e) The board may not enact or amend a zoning ordinance under this section that affects a slaughterhouse unless the board notifies all landowners whose property is located within a one mile radius of the slaughterhouse, or potential site of a slaughterhouse, of the proposed ordinance or amendment.
