AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,2 1. Page 4, line 3: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,3 " Section 4p. 13.01 of the statutes is amended to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,5 13.01 Number of legislators. The senate consists of 33 22 and the assembly of 99 66 members.".

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,6 2. Page 436, line 12: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA8,2,2 "(2c) Reduced size of assembly and senate. The treatment of section 13.01 of the statutes first applies to the districting plan that is based upon the results of the 2000 federal decennial census, and upon any official corrections to the 2000 federal decennial census, and that is enacted by the legislature under chapter 4 of the statutes or promulgated by a court of competent jurisdiction and to members of the assembly and senate elected under that districting plan.".
