SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-SSA1-SA2-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB1-SSA1-SA2-SA2,1,3 1. Page 343, line 5: delete "As" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (2m) and (2n), as".

AB1-SSA1-SA2-SA2,1,4 2. Page 343, line 7: delete ", or obligate for a capital expenditure to increase,".

AB1-SSA1-SA2-SA2,1,5 3. Page 344, line 4: after that line insert:

AB1-SSA1-SA2-SA2,1,11 "(2m) 1. Nothing under sub. (2) affects a project phase that is approved by the department and for which a person has, prior to the effective date of this subdivision ..... [revisor inserts date], obligated capital expenditures specified in the approval for the entire project phase, secured financing in an amount sufficient to complete the entire project phase, or undertaken substantial and continuing progress with respect to the entire project phase.
