ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY JOINT RESOLUTION 1

May 1, 2002 - Offered by Representative Carpenter.

AJR1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 13: delete "house." and substitute "house; and, be it further".

AJR1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 13: after that line insert:

AJR1-AA1,1,6 "Resolved, That the committee of conference shall reach agreement on the difference between the houses no later than May 15, 2002, and submit its report on the bill by May 20, 2002; and, be it further

AJR1-AA1,1,8 Resolved, That both houses of the legislature shall vote on approval of the report no later than May 22, 2002.".
