ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 17, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,2 1. Page 1, line 7: after "highway," insert "shining of animals,".

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,3 2. Page 4, line 8: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,4 " Section 9c. 29.314 (1) (a) of the statutes is renumbered 29.314 (1) (ar).

AB1-ASA1-AA17, s. 9g Section 9g. 29.314 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,7 29.314 (1) (am) "Family member of a landowner" means a person who is related to a landowner as a parent, child, spouse, or sibling.

AB1-ASA1-AA17, s. 9n Section 9n. 29.314 (3) (b) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,12 29.314 (3) (b) 4. To a landowner, the family member of a landowner, the employee of a landowner, or the designee of a landowner, who uses a light while hunting cervids on the owner's land in an area designated by the department as a chronic wasting disease eradication zone.

AB1-ASA1-AA17, s. 9r Section 9r. 29.314 (4) (b) 3m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,2,5 29.314 (4) (b) 3m. To a landowner, the family member of a landowner, the employee of a landowner, or the designee of a landowner, who uses a light while hunting cervids on the owner's land in an area designated by the department as a chronic wasting disease eradication zone.

AB1-ASA1-AA17, s. 9w Section 9w. 29.314 (5) (b) 5. of the statutes is created to read:
