AB1-ASA1-AA24,1,86 20.370 (5) (fu) Chronic wasting disease — hunter reimbursement. As a
7continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule to reimburse hunters for deer
8killed to control chronic wasting disease under s. 29.063 (2).".

5shall reimburse a person $50 for each deer he or she kills in the zone for the purpose
6of controlling the spread of the disease if all of the following apply:

8purpose.
AB1-ASA1-AA24,2,99 2. The person delivers the carcass to the department.
AB1-ASA1-AA24,2,1310 (b) If sufficient funds are not available from the appropriation under s. 20.370
11(5) (fu) to reimburse each person as required under this subsection, the department
12shall prorate the reimbursement payments in a manner determined by the
13department.".
