SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 1

SB1-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB1-SSA1-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 25: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 8, and substitute "after August 31, 2007.".

SB1-SSA1-SA1,1,5 2. Page 4, line 13: delete lines 13 to 21 and substitute "do not apply after August 31, 2007.".

SB1-SSA1-SA1,1,7 3. Page 6, line 19: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 7, line 2, and substitute:

SB1-SSA1-SA1,1,8 "2. This paragraph does not apply after August 31, 2007.".
