SB1-SSA1-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB1-SSA1-SA3,1,2 1. Page 5, line 16: delete "The" and substitute "Subject to par. (am), the".

SB1-SSA1-SA3,1,3 2. Page 5, line 18: after that line insert:

SB1-SSA1-SA3,1,6 "(am) The department may not test an animal under par. (a) if the animal must be killed to conduct the test unless funds are available to pay the indemnity under par. (b).".
