SB1-SSA1-SA5,1,8 "(5x) Certification of private laboratories. The federal department of agriculture is urged to develop a protocol for certification of private laboratories to conduct testing for chronic wasting disease in sufficient capacity to conduct testing for the fall 2002 deer hunt. The members of the Wisconsin congressional delegation are urged to encourage the federal department of agriculture to develop a protocol for this purpose.".
