AB100-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 7, line 6: delete "publication" and substitute "the effective date of 2001 Assembly Bill 53".

AB100-ASA1-AA2,1,5 2. Page 7, line 9: after "2003" insert ", if 2001 Assembly Bill 53 is enacted into law".
