AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 5, line 9: after that line insert:

AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,9 "(c) If an air carrier company that claims an exemption under par. (b) changes ownership within 5 years from the date that the air carrier company first claims an exemption under par. (b), the air carrier company shall pay to the department of revenue an amount equal to the amount the air carrier company would have paid under this chapter and ch. 76 if the air carrier company had not claimed the exemption under par. (b). Any amount paid under this paragraph shall be paid with interest at the rate of 9% per year.".
