Page 5, line 9: after "company" insert "and if the air carrier company certifies to the department of revenue, on a form that the department prescribes, that the air carrier company has used all tax benefits received as a result of the exemption under this paragraph to create or retain jobs in this state or to expand the air carrier's hub facility in this state".
