AB124-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB124-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 17: after "year" insert "and the total amount of the credit for all claimants under this subsection and ss. 71.28 (5d) and 71.47 (5d) shall not exceed $300,000 in a state fiscal year".

AB124-AA1,1,7 2. Page 4, line 16: after "year" insert "and the total amount of the credit for all claimants under this subsection and ss. 71.07 (5d) and 71.47 (5d) shall not exceed $300,000 in a state fiscal year".

AB124-AA1,1,10 3. Page 6, line 4: after "year" insert "and the total amount of the credit for all claimants under this subsection and ss. 71.07 (5d) and 71.28 (5d) shall not exceed $300,000 in a state fiscal year".

AB124-AA1,1,11 4. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:

AB124-AA1,1,12 " Section 11m. 73.03 (35m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB124-AA1,2,4 73.03 (35m) To adjust the amount of all credits claimed under ss. 71.07 (5d), 71.28 (5d), and 71.47 (5d) if granting the full amount of the credits would result in the total amount of all credits claimed under ss. 71.07 (5d), 71.28 (5d), and 71.47 (5d) exceeding $300,000.".
