ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY BILL 151

AB151-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB151-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "Plant" insert "and Volk Field".

AB151-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "an appropriation" and substitute "appropriations".

AB151-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB151-AA1,1,5 " Section 1m. 16.40 (24) of the statutes is created to read:

AB151-AA1,1,10 16.40 (24) Sale of forest products at Volk Field. (a) Annually distribute an amount equal to 50% of the amount appropriated under s. 20.505 (1) (ni) to the school districts located in whole or in part in Juneau County in proportion to the number of pupils in each such school district's membership, as defined in s. 121.004 (5), in the previous school year who were residents of that county in the previous school year.

AB151-AA1,1,13 (b) Annually distribute an amount equal to 50% of the amount appropriated under s. 20.505 (1) (ni) to Juneau County for the benefit of the public roads in Juneau County.".

AB151-AA1,2,2 " Section 3m. 20.505 (1) (ni) of the statutes is created to read:

AB151-AA1,2,6 20.505 (1) (ni) Sale of forest products at Volk Field; funds for public schools and public roads. All moneys received from the sale of forest products at Volk Field under 10 USC 2665 for distribution to Juneau County and to the school districts located in Juneau County under s. 16.40 (24).".
