AB2-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB2-AA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 9: after "by" insert "certain".

AB2-AA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 7: after " 8.065," insert "where applicable,".

AB2-AA3,1,4 3. Page 3, line 19: after "(7)" insert ", but does not include a county".

AB2-AA3,1,5 4. Page 6, line 1: after " 8.065," insert "where applicable,".

AB2-AA3,1,7 5. Page 7, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 8, line 3.

AB2-AA3,1,10 6. Page 13, line 17: after " 8.065" insert "or, if the municipal governing body is a county board of supervisors, at any regular or special election called by the municipal clerk".

AB2-AA3,1,12 7. Page 14, line 13: after " 8.065" insert ", or, in the case of a county, at any regular or special election,".

AB2-AA3,2,1 8. Page 15, line 4: delete lines 4 to 18 and substitute:
