AB211-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB211-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 10: delete "and 3." and substitute "to 4.".

AB211-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB211-ASA1-AA1,1,7 "4. Any temporary sign or device to guide, warn, or regulate traffic is located in the roadway at or near the intersection or other location. This subdivision does not apply if the sign or device requires activation to guide, warn, or regulate traffic and the sign or device is not activated.".
