AB239-AA4,1,5 2. Page 7, line 19: delete the material beginning with "by" and ending with "department" on line 20 and substitute "by society of automotive engineers standards".

AB239-AA4,1,8 3. Page 7, line 23: delete the material beginning with "by" and ending with "department" on line 20 and substitute "by society of automotive engineers standards".
