AB265-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB265-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 4: after "plan" insert ", offsetting premiums by prescription drug
3costs if the out-of-pocket limit for other medical expenses is reached,".
AB265-AA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 2: delete " coinsurance, and" and substitute "coinsurance,".
AB265-AA1,1,5 53. Page 2, line 3: after " limits" insert ", and premium offset".
AB265-AA1,1,6 64. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:
AB265-AA1,1,7 7" Section 4m. 149.14 (5) (f) of the statutes is created to read:
AB265-AA1,2,28 149.14 (5) (f) Notwithstanding requirements in sub. (5m) and ss. 149.143 and
9149.146 (2) (b) related to the levels at which premiums must be set, if during a
10calendar year an eligible person pays, in covered costs other than covered costs under
11sub. (3) (d), the amount specified in par. (c) for the eligible person, the eligible person's
12premium for the next plan year shall be offset, up to the amount of the eligible

1person's premium, by the amount paid by the eligible person for covered costs under
2sub. (3) (d) during that calendar year.".
