AB3-AA5,1,2 1. Page 66, line 14: delete that line and substitute:

AB3-AA5,1,3 "302.113 (9g) (a) In this subsection:

AB3-AA5,1,5 2. Page 66, line 17: after that line insert:

AB3-AA5,1,10 "2. "Terminal condition" means an incurable condition afflicting a person, caused by injury, disease, or illness, as a result of which the person has a medical prognosis that his or her life expectancy is 6 months or less, even with available life-sustaining treatment provided in accordance with the prevailing standard of medical care.".
