AB33-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "providers" insert "and granting rule-making authority".

AB33-AA3,1,7 2. Page 2, line 4: after the period insert "The commission shall promulgate rules that establish requirements for determining the amount of a surcharge. No surcharge may be established under this paragraph unless the surcharge complies with requirements of the rules.".
