ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY BILL 36

AB36-ASA1,1,2 An Act relating to: funding for the badger care health care program and making appropriations.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB36-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. Appropriation changes.

AB36-ASA1,1,7 (1) Badger care health care program. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (4) (bc) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, the dollar amount is increased by $11,512,200 for fiscal year 2000-01.

AB36-ASA1,2,2 (2) Income augmentation moneys. Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, not later than 30 days after the effective date of this subsection, there is lapsed to the general fund $11,237,100 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (8) (mb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001.
