AB399-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after that line insert:

AB399-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. 78.01 (2) (g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB399-AA1,1,5 78.01 (2) (g) Gasoline sold to a nonprofit ambulance service and used to provide ambulance services pursuant to a contract with a city, village, town, or county.".

AB399-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB399-AA1,1,7 " Section 2m. 78.01 (2m) (h) of the statutes is created to read:

AB399-AA1,1,9 78.01 (2m) (h) It is sold to a nonprofit ambulance service and used to provide ambulance services pursuant to a contract with a city, village, town, or county.".
