AB42-AA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB42-AA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute "into a correctional facility either was completed before January 1, 2001, or began after the building,".

AB42-AA2-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17.

AB42-AA2-AA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 18: delete lines 18 to 20 and substitute:

AB42-AA2-AA1,1,8 "(c) A building, structure, or facility the construction of which was completed before January 1, 2001, if the building, structure, or facility was designed to confine persons convicted of criminal offenses.".".
