AB42-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB42-AA5,1,3 1. Page 6, line 16: after "Center"." insert "The penitentiary near Stanley is named "Stanley Correctional Institution."".

AB42-AA5,1,4 2. Page 9, line 9: after that line insert:

AB42-AA5,1,7 "(2m) The department of corrections shall give priority to prisoners who are in the custody of the department but confined in a facility located outside this state when deciding who shall be placed in Stanley Correctional Institution.".
