AB425-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB425-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9 and substitute:

AB425-AA1,1,5 "961.58 Masking agents. (1) In this section, "masking agent" means a product the primary use of which is to produce a false negative result on a test for the use of a controlled substance.

AB425-AA1,1,7 (1m) (a) No person may manufacture, advertise, sell, deliver, or possess with intent to advertise, sell, or deliver a masking agent with the intent".

AB425-AA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "any product described".

AB425-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 15: delete "in sub. (1) (a)" and substitute "a masking agent".
