AB470-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as follows:

AB470-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute "his or her duties for a period not to exceed 30 days.".

AB470-SA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 20 and substitute "a municipal judge under this subsection from any municipality within the state. The chief judge of a judicial administrative district other than the 1st judicial administrative district may designate a municipal judge under this subsection from any municipality within the same judicial administrative district as the chief judge. The municipal judge".
