AB576-AA16,1,7 "(fm) If the guaranteed principal of the loan will be $1,000,000 or more, the borrower has established for its employees in this state who are laid off between September 11, 2001, and December 31, 2002, a plan designed to provide retraining and job placement services and assistance in finding new employment opportunities.".
