AB615-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB615-AA3,1,2 21. Page 7, line 5: after that line insert:
AB615-AA3,1,3 3" Section 7m. 446.02 (10) of the statutes is repealed.".
AB615-AA3,1,4 42. Page 10, line 9: delete "par. (c)" and substitute "par. (c) s. 448.52 (2m)".
AB615-AA3,1,5 53. Page 10, line 11: after that line insert:
AB615-AA3,1,6 6" Section 19e. 448.51 (2) (c) of the statutes is repealed.

1Section 19v. 448.52 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:
AB615-AA3,2,32 448.52 (2m) A license is not required under this subchapter for any of the

AB615-AA3,2,64 (a) Except as provided in par. (b), a chiropractor licensed under ch. 446 claiming
5to render physical therapy, if the physical therapy is provided by a physical therapist
6employed by the chiropractor.
AB615-AA3,2,87 (b) A chiropractor licensed under ch. 446 claiming to render physical therapy
8modality services.".

17manipulation service that he or she provides is in any manner a chiropractic
18adjustment that is employed to correct a spinal subluxation.
