AB651-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB651-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 14: delete "clear and convincing" and substitute "a preponderance of".

AB651-AA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 16: delete "a certified treatment program for batterers" and substitute "treatment for batterers provided through a certified treatment program or by a certified treatment provider".

AB651-AA1,1,7 3. Page 4, line 18: delete lines 18 to 24 and substitute:

AB651-AA1,1,10 "b. It is in the best interest of the child for the party who committed the battery or abuse to be awarded joint or sole legal custody based on a consideration of the factors under sub. (5).".

AB651-AA1,1,13 4. Page 6, line 20: delete "a certified treatment program for batterers" and substitute "treatment for batterers provided through a certified treatment program or by a certified treatment provider".

AB651-AA1,2,1 5. Page 7, line 6: delete that line.
