AB661-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB661-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4 and substitute:
AB661-AA1,1,3 3" Section 1g. 961.573 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB661-AA1,1,94 961.573 (3) No person may use, or possess with the primary intent to use, drug
5paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test,
6analyze, pack, repack, or store methamphetamine or a controlled substance analog
7of methamphetamine in violation of this chapter. Any Subject to sub. (4), any person
8who violates this subsection may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for
9not more than 5 years or both.
AB661-AA1, s. 1r 10Section 1r. 961.573 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

1961.573 (4) Any person who is 18 years of age or older and violates sub. (3) while
2in the presence or company of a child who is 16 years of age or younger may be fined
3not more than $20,000 or imprisoned for not more than 10 years or both.".
